We managed to realize a dream, to have an extraordinary wine from a territory equally unique and extraordinary called Sicily.

The Sommelier: a Wine of great identity and personality, intense ruby red colour, aged for 18 months in barrique. The perfume is complex, in fine quality, pink, violet; fruity: blackberries, cherries, marasca with spicy notes: leather, tobacco, bitter cocoa. Elegant taste, the taste is not astringent, warm enough, good alcohol content 14% vol. savoury, very persistent in the final.

Food pairings: grilled red Meats: sliced beef argentino, fiorentina, sauces, Cherry tomatoes with home-made pasta, mature cheeses.

Uncork and decant before serving at a temperature between 16 - 18°C,in cup Ballon great.
