Why I suggest Aurente Chardonnay
Succulent flavor with a hint of sweetness and the right acidity and fluidity. Everyone at the table just drank it and filled it! Vermentino-Chardonnay blend.
The Sommelier: Sun-golden yellow, brilliant. Slow spinning; Thick arches, slow tears. Intense nose; Immediate buttery, "vanilla" notes, which then fade away. In the midst of a super ripe pineapple emerges a citrus note, very fragrant. Sweet spiciness with a light touch of saffron and white pepper. Palate: soft, round taste, velvety. "Oily" mouth. Abundantly fresh with a well-known alcoholic note. Balanced with persistence of fruit.
Suggested pairings: Grilled and baked fish; first courses based on sauces with good structure.
Uncork and serve at a recommended temperature of 12 ° C, in Chardonnay glasses.
Cellar: the excellence of Italian wine in the world. Recognized examples the "Rubesco" "Torre di Giano", "Vigna Monticchio" the "Vigna il Pino", "San Giorgio", all from the Lungarotti cellars ...
