These bagels are prepared with a special mixture of cereal flour and durum wheat, selected. Delicious accompanied by pickled vegetables, cheeses and sausages.
INGREDIENTS: soft wheat Flour, type 00 flour, Multicereali: wheat flour type 0, millet seed, corn flour, barley, rye, durum wheat, bow of oats; flour of barley, rice, buckwheat, wholemeal, soy, barley malt flour, malt wheat flour, soy lecithin; seeds: sesame, flax; pasta, wheat, dried; white wine, falanghina wine, Extra Virgin Olive oil, sunflower oil, durum wheat, salt, wheat flour malted.
Store in a cool, dry place.
