Description

Why the winemaker recommends Mauro Molino Barolo Conca DOCG 2019

This wine described in two word: perfect harmony! Italy has so much to offer as a wine country: diversity, elegance, history, age-old wine-making traditions, excellent food and the perfect setting to enjoy the sunset with a glass of garnet-colored joy. This Barolo embodies much of that Italian spirit.

Characteristics of Mauro Molino Barolo Conca wine

Great fine wine. Very complex and full. In two hours of settling, it opens up its entire spectrum. First biting and with notes of mint, balsamic on all, then softer and more delicate, with the release of red fruit and a hint of vanilla. Of color it remains dark, purplish, a little dull. Body with tannins still a bit rough ... soft and silky finish.

Recommended pairings with Barolo DOCG red wine

Perfect Barolo Conca DOCG 2019 Mauro Molino with the fillet; vegetable first courses, lamb meats; cabbage stew and pork foot. Dishes of the Piedmontese tradition. Meat chops better if with spicy; well with grilled red fillet and red radicchio from Treviso.

Uncork and decant Barolo Conca Mauro Molino for two hours before serving at a temperature of 18-20 ° C, in a large Ballon glass.

Mauro Molino Winery

He began to produce three of his most important crus in the municipality of La Morra: Barolo Conca, Barolo Gancia and Barolo Gallinotto. Labels that have allowed us to carry the name around the world.
