Why I suggest Bombino Nero Pungirosa Castel del Monte DOCG
Rosé DOCG (unique in Italy) really interesting and very cheap. Beautiful in the glass, Nose really delicate and fine, reminiscent of some classic pinot nero methods. Very drinkable and good persistence.
The Sommelier: pure black Bombino rosé color olfactory intense onion peel is characterized by floral aroma, especially rose and geranium accompanied by a lighter fruity cherry and strawberry linked by a slight almond. On the palate it confirms the olfactory scents adding a considerable mineral charge, even slightly mentholated; quite savory, it has a good freshness that allows it to be accompanied by even fatty dishes. Good balance and sufficient in the mouth.
