Why I suggest Brunello di Montalcino DOCG
Brunello di Montalcino, whatever the winery is, is always synonymous with quality. We are in front of a mister wine !!! The garnet red color with orange reflections reveals the Maturity of the wine. The bouquet of aromas is varied but balanced. Excellent wine as in the Tuscan tradition, to be combined with important first courses.
The Sommelier: Garnet red with orange highlights. The nose leaves very little: some hints of morello cherry and herbs. Something more from tasting, not very hot, sweet, fresh and with a good body. The flavors of mushrooms and dried fruit are evident, then morello cherry, cardamom and floral tones. Slight softness, rightly tannic and good persistence.
Suggested pairings: With pasta dishes with meat sauces, preferably game.
Uncork and decant before serving at a temperature of 18-20 ° C in a Renano glass.
Wine cellar: The Guidi 1929 maison is preparing for a new milestone, one hundred years of work in the wine sector. With 4 generations behind it, it keeps the family business character active ...
