Wine of great personality, the finesse and aromatic intensity of this Chardonnay can adapt easily to a thousand tastes.

The Sommelier: Chardonnay Kaltern, straw-colored wine with greenish reflections, consistent and with an alcohol content of 13.50% Vol. On the nose the aromas of ripe fruit, Williams pear, pineapple, Litchi; in the mouth the strong minerality gives itself with a fresh, full-bodied and creamy taste.

Recommended pairings: Excellent for an aperitif accompanied by crustaceans, fish based appetizers or hot as vol-auvent. Delicate dishes based on vegetables, vegetarian or vegan dishes: salads of fennel, imaginative salads, risotto with asparagus, tops of hops, lasagne and crepes, tortelli with herbs or flowers.
