An international vine, it has acclimatised for many decades in the north of Bari from which the Rivera Company obtains excellent results. The Castel del Monte Doc Chardonnay Lama dei Corvi di Rivera is a yellow wine with bright greenish reflections of good consistency. In the mouth, the rich and complex character is marked by the structure, dry wine. Characteristically fresh, harmonious, it closes well in the finish, satisfying, a taste that gracefully satisfies the drink.
