Why I suggest Etna Rosato DOC 2022 Tornatore

Etna Rosato Doc Sicily wine of the Tornatore winery white vinification of Nerello Mascalese grapes, on the slopes of Etna. "Extreme" wine, whose peculiarities are linked to the territory, difficult to cultivate, to manage. In the winery the production of rosé Etna Doc follow the traditional processing method, in cement tanks for a period of 5 months. We like to drink it young, daily, combined with dishes whose flavors reflect Mediterranean cuisine. Excellent when it reaches the maturity of 24 - 36 months of aging. The clarity in the color is a guarantee of freshness on the palate and shows sincere and full-bodied.

Characteristics of the wine:

The rosé from Nerello Mascalese grapes in purity of the district of Castiglione di Sicilia. Vino ross0 cerasa discharge, noticeable in a showy consistency, rich in alcohol, 14.50% vol. Mountain fragrance full of scents. Full-bodied flavor with an authentic minerality so much to offer an excellent balance in freshness and flavor and excellent persistence.

Recommended pairings:

Etna Rosato DOC 2022 Tornatore versatile wine, paired with first courses of cooked vegetables, grilled white meat, zucc flowers, panzerotti or ricotta and spinach ravioli; Smoked buffalo mozzarella with Pachino tomatoes, first sheep's cheese and artisan salami.

Uncork Etna Rosato DOC 2022 Tornatore and serve at temperature 12 - 14 ° C. in the Renano cup

Winery:

Tornatore family since 1865, holding historical records of tradition and production of native red grapes: Nerello Mascalese and Nero Cappuccio and white grapes: Carricante and Catarratto, grapes strictly hand-picked. We are in the presence of a particularly difficult territory, we dare to call it "extreme"... Go to the card
