Why do I recommend Kairos Rosso Veneto IGP
Dry red, rich bouquet and fruit mix, with a strong personality, it expresses power and richness.
The Sommelier: Produced from a mix of grapes, Kairos, with a garnet red color with orange reflections, very consistent wine with an alcohol content of 15.00%, limpid. The nose has a great fragrance, a mix of immediate hints of red undergrowth fruits: blueberry, black currant, wild blackberries. On the palate, immediately powerful sensation of enveloping richness and complexity. Fruit, spices and higher alcohols alternate with flavors of fruit jam, then tobacco, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves combined with minerality. Persistent closure and persuasive sweetness.
Suggested pairings: Roast pork loin with polenta and red radicchio from Treviso, Spaghetti alla chitarra with lamb sauce, Tortellini with ragù ', Rabbit alla cacciatora, Goose in casserole, Stewed stew. It accompanies well-aged cheeses such as Parmigiano Reggiano or Grana Padano. Drunk alone after a meal, it is superb.
Uncork and decant, serve at 18 ° C in a Grand Ballon glass.
Wine Cellar: The name Zýmē from the Greek means "yeast", it represents the fundamental element in the world of enology. Located in the heart of the Valpolicella Classica, ... go to the file.
