Committed, from its establishment to today, to produce quality with a very low environmental impact, on the totality of the cultivated area in about 160 Ha.

The major advantage of choices, albeit costly from the point of view of adopting new technologies, over a considerable area, are transformed into being a competitive advantage for Maisons Baglio di Pianetto, raising the qualitative parameters of its wine. The organic production embraces so-called wines, Natural, Natyr Inzolia and Petit Verdot.

Wines without added sulphites, obtained only with indigenous yeasts. Wines with immediate freshness and olfactory intensity that reflect the production area of ​​the Baglio di Pianetto and Baroni estates (Val di Noto), and the overall territoriality of the Sicilian island.
