Carpineto

Carpineto Wine

Since 1967 Carpineto, a brand of international success, in producing great wines in the Chianti Classico. Founded by Giovanni Carlo Sacchet A wine-maker oenologist by vocation, lover of the territory of Tuscany, originally from the province of Belluno and trained in Conegliano at the oenology school. Antonio Mario Zacchaeus from Puglia with experience in the family business in Puglia and then in Lazio, expert in the cultivation of vines and the production of wine and its marketing.

Innovators by tradition, families continue to experiment with Carpineto products according to their own style, starting from the vineyards of the prestigious DOCG wines to large-scale varietal wines. This is possible by applying rules that are embodied in their own personal production code.

The vineyards are cultivated according to the criteria of good agricultural practice and territorial sustainability. In the cellars, the full respect of the natural phases of transformation of the grapes, give life to wines that have a close link with the territory and the denomination.

Reliable and quality wines, a public success witnessed by prizes and awards: Carpineto products are the result of the "culture of the territory", of the science of viticulture and of enology.
About the entire production of the 3 million bottles produced is composed of red wines, of which the majority of them are long-aged wines. Of the Carpineto production on the market we like to remember the Super Tuscans: Dogajolo Tuscan Red, Rosè and White.
