There are interpreters of the territory who manage to transfer the true poetry of a place, its perfumes and its history beyond any current fashion into the glass, capable of giving emotions while preserving their memory, men obsessed with perfection and always looking for the same. And this is the Romano Dal Forno estate, where in the company, in the cellar and in the vineyard nothing, absolutely nothing, is left to chance.

Located in the Val d'Illasi, a vast agricultural area of Verona, here Romano Dal Forno has been producing grapes for three generations. Perfectionist in his soul as a young man he pursued a dream, an idea, a project.

Luca Dal Forno, son of Romano with the knowledge of Giuseppe Quintarelli and his production philosophy, led Dal dal to independently produce his wine in 33 hectares and 11,000 and 13,000 vines per hectare of Corvina, Corvinone, Croatina, Oseleta and Rondinella grapes targeted thinning to obtain low final yield.

The first almost artisanal harvest dates back to 1983, since the 90s a continuous renewal in the vineyard and cellar, a place where the search for quality is always a new challenge for each vintage.

And today in this winery Luca, Michele and Marco together with their father Romano are the actors, interpreters and protagonists of all the stages of production, preserving the family business spirit from which everything was born. From such meticulous pursuit of perfection we finally get to give space and voice to the wines.
