Why I suggest Pinot Nero Marith
Interesting Pinot Noir with papers in order, although still too young. Characteristic color of beautiful transparency. On the nose and on the palate it is quite fine and enveloping. A few years to wait to find it elegant.
The Sommelier: Very good. Ruby red as per manual. Initially a lot of red cherry, raspberry, then spicy and licorice notes. There are also salty and smoked notes. After a few minutes the fruit becomes ripe, contrasted by an intense floral. Light, balanced, clean. In the mouth, fruit, citrus fruits and spices return. Mineral. Elegant, it does its job, it does it well, it could dare more.
Recommended pairings: Excellent with Canederli Verdi seasoned with Gorgonzola cream.
with asparagus, artichoke pie; Appetizers and snacks with boiled vegetables; Pan-seared tuna, oysters; Medium seasoning cheeses.
Uncork and decant before serving at a temperature of 14 - 16 ° C, in Ballon goblet.
Cellar: Pinot bianco, Sauvignon blanc and Gewürztraminer with Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Lagrein red wines produced and fermented in steel tanks followed by a long refinement in large barrels and oak barrels ...
