Why I suggest Moscato D'Asti DOCG
The best thing you can drink all summer. From a sustainable viticulture, followed by manual harvesting, soft crushing of the bunches, each phase aims to bring into the bottle, preserve and transmit up to the glass the balance and harmony of the wine obtained in the vineyard.
Characteristics of the wine:
Moscato D'Asti DOCG 2022 has a nice floral smell with a slight aromatic nuance. Consistency in the glass and tiny bubbles like little golden strings. On the palate: fresh peach, sweet lychee syrup, fragrant green grass, prickly bubbles and a decent underlying acidity. It's sweet as hell, but still fresh enough to make it an enjoyable good cup.
Recommended pairings:
Excellent Moscato D'Asti DOCG Carlin de Paolo for aperitifs, desserts ... even with dark chocolate.
Uncork Moscato D'Asti DOCG Carlin de Paolo and serve at a temperature of 8-10 ° C Renano chalice.
