Why I suggest Nivole Moscato d’Asti DOCG
A sip and I fell in love. Anyone who thinks they don't like wine should try it. The typicality of Moscato, with its shameless and sensual fruity, the freshly cut grass and the somewhat refreshing quotes that are balanced. I have a liking for this wine label. I'm an inquisitor of simple tastes, sometimes.
The Sommelier: A slightly rustic note on opening is soon resolved, leaving aromas of peach in syrup, citrus peel and light honeyed notes. Sweet, fresh, soft, with raisin returns. It has a full-bodied tactile sensation, almost reminiscent of a very pleasant fortified wine.
Recommended pairings: Excellent as an aperitif, easy to drink with sweet and savory appetizers and snacks; excellent on dry pastry but also on the thousand leaves with lots of fresh cream.
Uncork and serve at a temperature of 10-12 ° C in Renano glass.
Winery: Michele Chiarlo is one of the historical founders of the Consorzio Grandi Vini, founders of the Accademia del Barolo and chosen to be part of the Institute of Italian Wine of great brands.
