The Sommelier: The FORTANINA produced from lambrusco grapes, a great wine value. Red color discharge, because of the fermentation in white. Excellent foam roaring and very persistent, fine perlage. Inviting scent of rich fruits in the spring, cherry and strawberry. Sparkling wine, semi-sweet, fresh, pleasant, dry, and of average persistence. The alcohol grade 7+4%vol.
Food pairings: delicate Appetizers with ham, sandwiches with sauces and creams of vegetables, excellent with desserts with a base of fresh fruit.
Uncork immediately before serving, and serve in goblet Rhine, the service temperature of between 10 - 13°C.
