Why I suggest Ombra di Quercia Lambrusco
Lambrusco, red grapes that give wines smelling, sparkling for golden bubbles, if they are poured into glasses. Lambrusco Salamino, shows its most valuable characteristics in youth thanks to the typical sparkling, the freshness and the fruity that characterize it, Lambrusco perfectly matches with the culinary tradition of the territory, and given its personality and its versatility, it is in able to accompany the most sought after dishes or even tasted as an aperitif.
The Sommelier: Red grapes of Lambrusco Salamino and Ancellotta, a sparkling young wine ready to drink. Intense purple red color, sparkling but not too much, with an abundant creamy and immediately evanescent froth. Bouquet of ripe fruit, fresh must with a hint of strawberries. Saporeavvolgente, immediate freshness, dry, not very persistent, a right degree of bite, pleasantly drinkable. Fair alcohol content 11.00% Vol.
Suggested pairings: Aperitifs and appetizers in general, Parma ham and melon; excellent with the excellences of Emilia Romagna piadina and cold cuts, tortellini, ribollita, stews, fresh broad bean soups, aged Parmesan cheese, dried fruit.
Uncork at the moment and serve at a service temperature between 10 - 12 ° C in a Tulipano glass.
Winery: Ferrari vineyard, the centenary history of winemakers of the best lambrusco, a family tradition from the '900 and Emilia tradition to the conquest of the world ... Go to the card
