Vigna Traverso has selected clones of Merlot, Refosco, Schioppettino di Prepotto, suitable to their terroir and created a blend, very well balanced in the taste. The Sommelier: Blend of Merlot 40%, Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso, 30%, Schioppettino 30%. the wine has an intense ruby red colour, clear and of good alcohol content 13,50% vol. Oaked for 11 months, the nose a fine fragrance of violets and fruit: raspberry, sour cherry... the palate is dry, well structured, with sufficient dose of tannins, balanced and persistent on the finish.

Food pairings: lamb Meat to the sauce, homemade pasta with meat sauce, grilled meats, platters of cheeses and cured meats.

Uncork and serve temperature 16 - 18°C. in the cup Ballon.
