The Sommelier: a Blend of cabernet sauvignon 60% merlot 20% cabernet franc 15%, petit verdot 9%;

Intense ruby-red color with a glint of blue, wine, consistent and clear. Alcohol interesting, 14,50%, guarantee longevity. Smell charming, spacious and refined. The sip at times it is austere and compact, sometimes sliding, fragrant and composed. There is progression on the palate the acidity keeps it lively and dynamic, and the finale is complex and captivating.

Food pairings: pork Loin in the oven, Polenta with osei, Spaghetti with lamb sauce, Tortellini with meat sauce, Rabbit cacciatore, Goose casserole, roast Chicken, Stew, stew, osso Buco.

Decant before serving at a temperature of 16-18°C in the chalice, the Grand Ballon.
