The Barbera is piedmont for excellence. The wine, from the point of view of the profile, encouraging a consumption easy pairing with the local cuisine, and not only. Excellent production capable of enhancing the organoleptic characteristics of this grape, from the bouquet that remains pure and pleasantly vinous, the exuberance of the tannins very subdued.

The Sommelier: Wine from grapes Barbera 100% alcohol 13.50% Vol. At the sight a deep ruby red colour, limpid and consistent. Aroma and pronounced cherry. In the mouth it is dry, soft, fresh finish, medium persistent, very balanced wine.

Combinations recommended: Tagliatelle with meat sauce, Ravioli, Polenta, Ribollita, soft, blue-veined cheeses, Parmesan.

Uncork and decant before serving at a temperature of 14-16°C in the chalice Ballon
