Why I suggest Dolcetto d'Alba DOC
Aristocratic wine, expression of the territory in which it was produced.
The Sommelier: From grapes Dolcetto D'alba 100%, clear wine 12.50% alcohol, an intense ruby red colour, with purple reflections, typical of dolcetto, To the nose, the bouquet is fruity and pronounced hints of cherry. The flavour is dry, good body, sapid and velvety, with slight almondy aftertaste.
Combinations recommended: Agnolotti, tagliatelle al ragu, Polenta, mixed Boiled meat, Risotto, with truffles, cheeses, molli, blue cheeses, Parmesan.
Uncork and decant before serving at a temperature of 16-18°C in the chalice Ballon.
