The Sommelier: Obtained from the grapes of Nebbiolo d'Alba 100%, the wine Valdolmo Barolo is a 13,50% Vol. At the sight of a deep ruby red colour, limpid and consistent. The nose is delicately spicy with hints of vanilla. In the mouth it is dry, of good body, rightly tannic. The persistent finish.
