Why I suggest Nero di Troia N Rosso IGT
Uva di Troia 100% native grape of puglia; The wine takes the name Nero di Troia, due to the high polyphenolic charge obtained in the fermentation, achieving a deep ruby red colour which, at times, can seem like "black". Aged in steel for 12 months, is blended with 5% Nero di Troia aged in barrel.
The Sommelier: young Wine of ruby red colour with ruby reflections, the nose smells well-defined ripe fruit. Wine with an alcoholic content 12.5% vol, ready to drink, fresh and tannic, harmonious and important, the pleasant ending.
Recommended accompaniments: Rolls of horse meat, bacon, lamb, stuffed vegetables, stews, fowl, and baked potatoes, mushroom risotto and cheeses, bagels scaldatelli with cheese for a great appetizer, the preparation of sangria, wine from meditation.
The cellar: The Apulia region of Capitanata speaks and presents to us some of its hidden treasures, of which The Seal Ripa Alta is a protagonist in the delightful process of production and valorization of the territory and of the wine products. Cultural traditions, historical and... details.
