The Sommelier: Wine produced from grapes Bovale Sardo, 100%intense ruby red colour, alcohol content 14,00 %vol. Rich wine, fruit, a variety of aromatic with intense hints of berries and spices. Robust taste with a good body, good tannins, not scratchy, persistent to the end.
Food pairings: Excellent for dishes that are fatty and rich flavors, risotto milanese , truffle rolls, and meat pies. Troccoli, and orecchiette with lamb sauce, Tortellini with meat sauce, great for marinating meat, rabbit cacciatore,aduck on the spit.
