It is considered that the variety Petit Verdot, which is used for this wine is one of the best red grapes of late ripening of the Bordeaux area. The Sommelier: a Wine of fine quality, intense red color, aged 18 months in oak barrels and then 36 months in bottle. A slight herbaceous note with notes of black pepper, bitter cocoa, licorice, vanilla, ripe fruit, jam of blackberries and black cherries. Elegant taste, soft and velvety tannins, warm enough, good alcohol content 15% vol., long and persistent final.

Food pairings: red Meat: a cut of argentinian beef, t-bone steak, tomato sauce Pachino cherry tomatoes with home-made pasta, mature cheeses.

Uncork and decant before serving at a temperature between 16 - 18°C, in a cup Ballon great.
