Why I suggest Tramonto Rosè
Pleasantly fruity, with evident hints of cherry, on the palate it is fresh and persistent.
The Sommelier: The Pinkish “Tramonto ” of Cascina Sòt is produced from grapes Nebbiolo and Barbera, the color is light pink. Characteristics of rosé conferred by area of origin, the soil is clayey-calcareous soil gives the wine a balanced acidity and a strong flavor. Pleasantly fruity, with evident hints of cherry, on the palate it is fresh and persistent.
Food pairings: fish Soup, we recommend the monkfish with baked potato, steamed Salmon, Cod in "crazy water", a great aperitif with appetizers of cold cuts and fresh cheeses.
Uncork at the time, and serve temperature 8-10°C in the chalice Tulip.
