The Sommelier: The Pinkish “Tramonto ” of Cascina Sòt is produced from grapes Nebbiolo and Barbera, the color is light pink. Characteristics of rosé conferred by area of origin, the soil is clayey-calcareous soil gives the wine a balanced acidity and a strong flavor.
