Why I suggest Sparkling Red Demi Sec 2016
A generous wine, like its people.
The Sommelier: Wine, sparkling wine produced withgrapes of Aglianico (Irpinia) and Montepulciano grapes, made sparkling with the Charmat method. Brilliant product of average consistency and alcohol content of alcohol 12,00% vol. Red colored wine with ruby reflections of the sparkle fading. Sensation on the palate: warm and great flavour characteristic of the terroir of production, the volcanic soil on the slopes of mount Vulture at 500 metres above sea level. The acidity is optimal, gives freshness, the tannins softened from Montepulciano, we show with a taste of greater roundness. In the mouth it is a wine sparkling wine soft, dry and easy to drink.
Food pairings: Excellent appetizers of sea and mountains, baked Fish, grilled swordfish. Snails bourguignon, creamed Cod with potatoes and pumpkin soup, Terrine of wild game, Cod steamed with cream.
Uncork and serve fresh at a temperature 8 - 10°C. in the goblet flute.
Wineries: Yesterday... 1997, the Cellar Of Palma in the heart of Lucania, in the city of Rionero in Vulture where you can admire the ancient volcano which bowls off welcome to the lakes of Monticchio... Go to the card
