The Sommelier: Obtained from the pomace of Sangiovese grapes, and is distilled with a discontinuous steam water bath.
The view is transparent, no color. Alcohol 40%vol.
The nose is clean, fragrant, with hints of cherries and wild strawberries, pleasantly ethereal. Taste is smooth and strong, well-structured with delicate nuances of fruit.
Clean and persistent finish.
Combinations recommended: the End of the meal.
