Why I suggest Grappa Riserva “Capo di stato” 10 Years

Grappa is elegant with 43° alcohol, aged 120 months in wine barrels that have contained wine Head of State. Produced from the pomace of Treviso, used for the making of the legendary red wine Head of State. Aromas and varietal characteristics exciting, extracted with method of distillation discontinuous bain-marie in small copper boilers.

Particularly in the label the work “Des Roses pour Madame” created in 1967 by the artist tono Zancanaro in honor of the wine, the Head of State.

The Sommelier: Grappa the Head of the State Reserve aged 10 years, obtained from selected pomace: Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Malbech. Orttima clarity and cleanliness, with a taste smooth and elegant, unique and unrepeatable, thanks to the long period preserved in barrels, floral Scent, the double distillation in bain-marie, allow to preserve the unique flavour of flavour and elegant, and sweet almond to all, with the white flowers dry and a final sweet tones and with a voice of melted chocolate.

Warm fruity notes make it immediately pleasant and concludes with a beautiful finale that recalls a bacchetto of liquorice.
