The Sommelier: The Grappa alcohol content 40° is obtained from the pomace of prosecco wine of Conte Loredan Gasparini, smooth flavour with the addition of the juice of white peaches. On the nose, with sensations of great finesse and harmony, denoting a good frankness. Sensations at the level of the back-olfactory, in which the fragrance of the grape pomace is enhanced by the scent of the fishing. Good persistence.
Excellent after meals, servita at a temperature of 8 -10°C in the chalice Tulip small.
