Why I suggest Barolo Chinato
Un good wine Barolo D. O. C. G. to which are added, in separate infusion in alcohol, the twelve selected herbs and the China Calissaia. The taste is a constant succession of flavors.
The Sommelier: An infusion of the great Barolo wine is 100% of excellent gradation with herbs and China Calissaia, an intense ruby red colour. In the mouth expresses the power of wine, and a pleasantly bitter perfectly balanced by the sugar, warm and great structure with a long finish.
