Why I suggest Ventisei Bianco Toscana IGT 2020 Avignonesi
Nice discovery, organic wine made from Sangiovese, Trebbiano and white Malvasia, fruity wine full of sunshine with graceful aromas of white peach and quince.
The Sommelier This wine shows some strong primary notes in the form of fruit of orchard (green apple), tree fruit (quince) and gooseberry. This is supported by light honey. The wine is heavy on secondary notes including chemical aromas such as petroleum, but also a little cream. Some almond aromas give us an idea of aging. The acidity could be higher, as well as the body. Alcohol is low. In general, a rather uninspiring wine to drink.
Suggested pairings: Some dishes that you prefer to combine with this wine, according to food and wine tasting experiences, the Ventisei Bianco preferably served as an aperitif, peppered with mussels also with restaurant-type spaghetti; linguine with seafood; risotto with asparagine; fruit, and dried fruit.
Uncork Ventisei Bianco Toscana IGT 2020 Avignonesi and serve at a temperature between 12 - 14 ° C in a Renano / Chardonnay glass.
Cellar: The Avignonesi estate is a historical reality taken over by Virginie Saverys in 2009. Located in the most representative agricultural wine-growing context such as the Tuscany region, and tells the richness and beauty of the territory of Montepulciano and Cortona…go to the card.
