Why I suggest Pecorino Colline Pescaresi

The Sommelier: Vinified and left to mature in stainless steel soon becomes available to the palate. Straw yellow colour with greenish reflexes, the aroma is citrusy, fresh feeling immediately. Great the alcohol, wine quite balanced.
Combinations recommended: Preferable throughout the meal with spaghetti, fried fish, and/or raw fish, soup, seasonal vegetables, peppered mussels, fresh cheeses, rustic, pizzas and savory.
Uncork and serve at a temperature of 10°C in goblets Rhine.
