Why I suggest Angera White
A vine native to the Italian and the marche a little-known but very interesting to explore
The Sommelier: Wines orttenuto from grapes Maceratino (or Ribona). The alcohol is 12.50% vol. by the color clear and transparent fragrance that gives out a basket of apples in autumn where there are even the last of the sweet citrus of the season. The flavor tones and amber with subtle hints of licorice, cinnamon and blond tobacco. In the mouth tasty, fresh, complex, good balance, from the final and pleasantly long.
Food pairings: Spaghetti with squids and peas, and baccala " mantecato, risotto with seafood, fish soup, brodetto alla Vastese, excellent with cheese, hard or semi-hard.
Serve with rapidity at a temperature of 10 -12°C. in the goblet Rhine.
