The Falanghina of Santacosta is a wine with a character memorable to the palate. The wine found in these soils of volcanic nature, the terroir is ideal for oneself, releasing aromas and full flavors, powerful, that make this wine one of Italy's best.

The Sommelier: The Falanghina of Santacosta is a wine with a unique character. Light yellow colour, and reflections, greenish, the scent of the varietal intense flowers, fruit, and flowers of the hawthorn. The taste is fresh, mineral, balanced, very drinkable.

Combinations recommended: fish dishes, Scallops, crazy water, rice, cold grilled vegetables, red Chicory scalded with polenta, spicy cheese and/or cheese with herbs, parmesan cheese, Toma cheese, Caciocavallo and ricotta cheese.

Uncork and serve at a temperature of 10-12°C in goblets, Tulip shaped.
