Why I suggest Picolit DOC

The Picolit is generally called this because of the low proliferation of its flowers during the flowering period. As a consequence it generates a very thin bunch, (sparse), with few grapes. A niche production, with a turnover in terms of low production but in very high quality, rich in aromatic components and sugars. The Sommelier: The Picolit grape has a yellow color, the wine produced by drying on frames sheltered from the elements gives the view a splendid golden yellow color and golden bright reflections, perfect clear elixir.
