Why I suggest Pinot Grigio Friuli Colli Orientali DOC
The ancient grape variety of French origin, has been able to adapt to the terroir of the DOC Friuli Colli Orientali. Preserves in itself a great personality, and adaptation, a Wine that knows how to conquer through his peculiarities to a thousand tastes, pairings and the menu.
The Sommelier: The Pinot Grigio comes from the characteristics of grapes, copper-colored grapes vinified in white. The wine takes on a straw yellow colour and golden reflections, consistent with its 13,00 %vol. On the nose intense perfume of acacia flowers, pear, Golden apple; on The palate the flavour is dry, pleasantly bitter, good balance. The wine is refined and elegant in its notes, harmonic.
Food pairings: Ideal with pasta dishes, salads with fennel, tomatoes and peppers, or creative salads, fruit and vegetables. Indicated on risotto with asparagus, lasagne and pancakes, ravioli to the herb. Excellent with shellfish, with the raw ham seasoned with cheese from the alpine pastures.
Uncork and serve with no parsimony at a temperature of 10 °C. in the chalice Tulip.
