The Sommelier: The Chardonnay grapes give a wine with a straw yellow colour with greenish reflections; the wine is consistent with its 12,50 %vol. On the nose intense aromas of fresh fruit and crisp as apple, peach yellow and tropical fruit on the palate, fresh taste with a long persistence.
Combinations recommended: Excellent as an aperitif, with shellfish, langoustine crudo, raw ham seasoned alpine cheeses. An ideal wine with vegetarian dishes, vegan as zucchini julienne, salad with fennel, creative salads that combine fruit and vegetables. Indicated on risotto with asparagus, lasagne and pancakes, ravioli with herbs or with flowers, asparagus frittata in the oven.
