Why I suggest Fosche Piemonte Chardonnay DOC
Aristocratic wine, expression of the territory in which it was produced.
The Sommelier: From the Chardonnay grape, clear wine of straw yellow colour, intense, gradation alcolicadi 12,50% Vol. On the nose rich fragrance of tropical fruits, pronounced aromas of pineapple and passion fruit, with notes of dried fruit. Taste: smooth, dry, elegant with good acidity, well balanced.
Combinations recommended: Antipasto Italian cold cuts, Snails bourguignon, Mousse, trout caviar, seafood, Molluscs, Crustaceans, Chicken curry, truffle Risotto, smoked Provola or smoked cheeses in general, Robiola, Crescenza, Stracchino, fresh cheeses usually taste a bit sour.
Serve at a temperature of 10-12°C in the chalice Tulip.
Cellar: A large family well-organised, produces products which are unique and interesting. This is what happens to Lives Cultured, the art of cultivating the vine. The knowledge and the dialogue between different generations of farmers, together with the experience, the tradition, the passion typically the piedmont... go to the card.
