Why I suggest Chardonnay Terre siciliane IGT
The salient characteristics of the wines based on grapes, Chardonnay is fresh, good acidity and fruity scents and floral.
The Sommelier: The wine Chardonnay presents itself in the glass of a golden yellow colour with light green reflections, of great transparency. At the nose scent of fruit, delicate with a background of floral notes of ginger and lime , and memories of flower-filled meadows, in the background, gently citrus. On the palate, the Chardonnay is fruity, light, soft, sustained by a firm acidity. Balanced and soft, quite persistent, with the closure mineral and hints of floral.
Combinations recommended: light Dishes, and delicate, as the seafood starters, cold meats or delicate vegetables or pasta dishes based on fish. Dishes of shellfish, Soups, mushrooms and vegetables, Pasta and risottos with vegetables, fish in general, but also with delicate white meats.
Uncork half an hour before and serve at a temperature of 10°C in goblets Rhine.
