Why will the council Ficiligno Insolia BIO-2016
The Insolia is the autochthonous grape variety par excellence, with a white product in Pianetto, the Ficiligno takes its name from a local stone, expresses the quintessence of the territory of production. Wine with intense aroma, with an acid profile that gives immediate freshness.
The Sommelier: The wine of great depth and aromatic complexity, enhanced by a refinement period of six months on the lees. From the sensory analysis, it stands for the color is straw yellow, intense floral scents of rose, broom and tropical fruits. Good alcohol content 13,50% vol, the wine is sapid and mineral.
Serving suggestions: elaborate Dishes, strong flavours; dishes of tuna, soups, seafood; fresh cheese, goat cheeses and blue-veined cheeses.
Serve at a temperature between 8°C and in the chalice the Rhine.
