The Sommelier: Blend of Pinot Bianco and Incrocio Manzoni, a wine with a brilliant straw yellow color with golden reflections, well consistent with alcohol content of 13,00 %vol, the wine is clear. In the nose appear notes of jasmine and hops, and pleasantly one can perceive scents of fresh fruit from the Golden apple to white peach and apricot; fresh, with a pleasant flavor and a mineral finish.
Food pairings: Excellent for aperitif and with shellfish, with a langoustine crudo, raw ham seasoned with cheese from the alpine pastures. Ideal accompanying dishes are vegetarian or vegan, such as salads with fennel, creative salads, fruit and vegetables,with tofu cooked in many different ways. Indicated on risotto with asparagus, chard and eggs, lasagne and pancakes, ravioli to the herb.
Uncork and serve with no parsimony at a temperature of 10 -12°C. in a chalice, Tulip.
