The Sommelier: The Chardonnay Felix is a wine with a straw yellow color, consistent with its 13,00 %vol. The bouquet is intense and fruity scent of Golden apples; the Taste is from the flavour is dry, fresh, with good acidity.
Food pairings:Excellent for aperitif and with shellfish, with a langoustine crudo, raw ham seasoned with cheese from the alpine pastures. Ideal with vegetarian dishes or vegan, such as salads with fennel, creative salads that combine fruit and vegetables,with tofu cooked in many different ways. Indicated on risotto with asparagus, tops of hops, lasagne and pancakes, ravioli with herbs or with flowers.
Uncork and serve with no parsimony at a temperature of 10 -12°C. in a chalice, Tulip.
