The Sommelier: The color is straw yellow with golden reflections, the wine is clear and consistent, good alcohol content 12,50%. Bouquet: intense, spicy, with notes of cloves, flowers d’ orange, the characteristic gradient of the wines of hills from south tyrol. In the mouth, with excellent body, particularly soft, with intense aromatic persistence.

Goes well with shellfish, asparagus, and pasta dishes spicy. It is excellent with raw ham, seasoned and blue cheeses.
