Why I suggest Prosecco Conegliano Valdobbiadene Antico D.O.C.
The scent of the Prosecco, evokes shades of “bread crust”, the taste reminds of the mineral soil, where it is carefully cultivated.
The Sommelier: sparkling Wine obtained only from grapes Glera. Straw yellow color with light mousse is fine and persistent. Feeling smell a mix of fresh notes and fruity notes, typical of Prosecco, in addition to characteristics of the nuances of bread crust. Taste dry, gently mineral, dry and slightly bitter at the end, good complexity, long finish.
Combinations recommended: Appetizers in general, a wine for the whole meal.Ideal with vegetarian dishes or vegan salad, with fennel, tomatoes, or peppers, or creative salads that combine fruits and vegetables. Indicated on risotto with asparagus, tops of hops, lasagne and pancakes, ravioli with herbs or with flowers. Excellent with shellfish, with the raw ham seasoned with cheese from the alpine pastures.
