Why will the council Jenia 2015
The subtlety, complexity, and aromatic intensity of this wine, it makes it elegant and inviting, with a pleasant tone acidic, which enhances the pleasure.
The Sommelier: the Blend of grapes of the Manzoni and Chardonnay, a wine with a brilliant straw yellow color with golden reflections, well consistent with alcohol content of 13,00 %vol, the wine is clear. To the nose a smell is pleasantly aromatic, subtle hints of clove, roses and lychee, intense, fruity with a green apple; The palate is fresh, with a marked acidity.
Food pairings:Excellent for aperitif and with shellfish, with a langoustine crudo, raw ham seasoned with cheese from the alpine pastures.
