Why I suggest Eich Pinot Bianco Alto Adige DOC
Kind Of Sunshine (our interpretation) A light straw yellow wine from Pinot Bianco grapes grown on quartz and on calcareous clay soils in Appiano Monte, a region with over 2,100 hours of sunshine and cool nights per year. The wine is young and fruity with many ripe yellow apples, elder flowers, minerals and some delicate herbs. An elegant cocktail that offers a fresh and sumptuous feeling and a nice persistent finish.
The Sommelier: Pinot Bianco which makes only steel. Bright light yellow color in the glass. This wine surprised me for the intense and fruity aromas of ripe apples, flowers, pears and candied cherries with a certain spiciness. On the palate dry, spicy with lively freshness, juicy fruit, beautiful minerality and a long finish. Structure and good skeleton.
Recommended pairings: Excellent and flexible when paired: with risotto and shrimp, asparagus, artichoke pie; Good for appetizers and snacks: with boiled vegetables; Seared tuna, salmon, Medium seasoning cheeses.
Uncork and serve at 10 - 13 ° C, in Renano / Chardonnay glass ..
Cellar: Pinot bianco, Sauvignon blanc and Gewürztraminer with Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Lagrein red wines produced and fermented in steel tanks followed by a long refinement in large barrels and oak barrels ...
