Why I suggest Gravina
A timeless classic. Blend of Greco (60%) and Malvasia (40%). Like white Campania, if not beyond.
The Sommelier: A white definitely born to be combined with food during a meal. Important structure, not complex but clearly identifiable perfumes. Sweet citrus of mandarin, peach, a nice floral. Good freshness is found in the mouth, the softness is so great and it moves the balance.
Suggested pairings: Very pleasant as an aperitif; quite spicy fish dishes; you can also drink it fresh on pizza.
Uncork and serve at 12 ° C. in Chardonnay glass.
