Characteristics of the mild Cabernet Petit wine:

Sorvegliante Rosso Toscana IGT is a Bordeaux blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot vinified separately. 12 months in barrel then blended and 6 months in bottle. It opens with an important and complex olfactory range, passing from ripe fruit, cinchona, spices, vegetable aromas, currants and blackberries ... tobacco and cocoa with balsamic hints. Fresh on the palate, savory, tannic and warm, round and broad, more pleasant and balanced on the palate than on the nose.

Recommended pairings with Cabernet etit wine:

Rosso Toscana IGT Il Sorvegliante with pappardelle and guinea fowl ragout; pork ribs, pork ribs and a side dish of chicory chicory.

Uncork and decant the Cabernet Petit Il Sorvegliante Rosso Toscana blend before serving at a temperature of 18°C in a large Ballon goblet.
